Who Will Attend?

Attendees include a wide range of food safety professionals, with expertise and perspectives including marketing, education, regulation, enforcement, and research. Specifically, this includes food service managers, restaurateurs, chefs, retail managers, public health officials, laboratory professionals, food processors, students, health educators, quality assurance directors, extension personnel, and representatives from state and federal agencies with food safety education, training, and regulation responsibilities.

Exhibiting at the Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference (RMFSC) is a great opportunity to display your services, products, and programs and engage with a well attended and motivated audience of food safety professionals.

Exhibitor Fees

Standard Exhibitor Table – $350

The standard exhibitor fee is a great opportunity to present your business to existing and potential customers. The standard exhibitor table includes;

  • One 6-foot clothed and skirted table exhibit table with chairs
  • One full two-day conference attendance
  • Breakfast and lunch on both days of the conference
  • Exhibitor contact information in the conference packet distributed to each attendee

The exhibitor fee includes conference attendance for one person. Additional exhibitor attendees will need to register for the full-day conference to cover the cost of meals.

Non-Profit Exhibitor Table – $200

For those exhibitors who are 501-3(c). The Non-Profit Exhibitor package includes all of the items in the Standard Exhibitor package listed above.

NOTE: The exhibitor fee includes conference attendance for one person. Additional exhibitor attendees will need to register for the two-day conference to cover cost of meals.

Booth Reservations

Exhibitor space is limited. Please register early to reserve your booth for the two-day RMFSC.

EXHIBITOR FAQs

This year’s conference will be hosted at Johnson and Wales University Academic Center. Parking is available at the corner of Quebec and 17th Ave. A map of the Johnson and Wales campus, as well as driving directions can be found on our location page.

Booth set up will take place on May 23rd from 7:00AM-8:00AM. Each exhibitor space will have a skirted table and requested number of chairs. If you have additional requirements, please let us know. We ask that you limit your booth to the table top booth space provided and do not bring full size show booths, however; if a full size show booth is your only option please contact Seth Wong or Kristi McCallum.

With your booth registration you will receive one entrance pass to the conference. Additional staff for conference needs to register separately for the conference as an attendee. Register for the conference.

When you arrive proceed to the check in registration desk where you will receive your booth location assignment.

Exhibitors are welcome to start packing up booths as early as lunch on Wednesday May 24th or feel free to stay and wait until the end of the conference.
